We can have a foundational WFS document.
that allows any entity to have all the abilities to fulfil yourself.
If we can lawfully support just the Chakra List of Abilities,
it allows all other activities by extension.

It'll be easier to win other cases,
by having supported list of abilities,
as we could simply refer to it.

Many common law documents aren't simple and concise.
Being right, can mean you're turning clockwise.
Refrain from using the word "rights"
except as historical reference.
Rather say requirements or abilities.

So what are the Lawful supported Abilities?
Ideally there be support, from Lawful sources,
for all the abilities listed in the Chakra List of Abilities:

What you do to we,
we do to you,
be karma.

To allow you ability,
then allow we ability.

A Chakra List of Abilities:

0. let being be none or do nothing
1. let being be aware or do sense
2. let being be addict or do satisfy
3. let being be free or do choose
4. let being be stable or do contract
5. let being be wise or do express
6. let being be psychic or do intuit
7. let being be traveller or do move
8. let being be local or do homestead
9. let being be planetary or do environmentalism
10. let being be solar system or do space flight
11. let being be galactic or do commune with stars
12. let being be universal or do intersect
13. let being be included or do union
14. let being be mixture or do mix
15. let being be divine or do infinite

From none to divine,
let we with you all be.

an earlier thread on this at:
viewtopic.php?f=184&t=6187

These are the most fundamental abilities,
that allow an entity to be bodily and spiritually fulfilled.

I've heard reference to the common law ability to travel, which is 7,
but haven't seen the actual text quotes, and links to documents or authority.

Also I'm assuming there is "freedom of speech" or 5 somewhere as well.

In any case, if you know any of them,
you're contribution would be much appreciated.

This would make the life of new members much easier,
as they only have to memorize a short list,
and be able to be and do based on it.

Chakra List of Abilites supported by Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)
note UN documents are a treaty,
so are override local laws.

So can certainly work in court.

Quote:
0. Let entity be none or do nothing

Freedom to Rest

Quote:
1. Let entity be aware or do sense

is equivalent to "freedom of information"
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of ... egislation

Though 1 can go steps further,
as it allows you to take record your experience,
so take pictures of what and who you see,
as well as plant bugs and wiretaps.

This means it's not limited to government,
everyone can do it, to feel aware,
and so more able to be safe.

So information is free,
and you're free to achieve it,
in whatever manner you be aware.

Quote:
Article 27.
(1) Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.

Quote:
11. Let entity be galactic or do commune with stars

Currently this is top-secret in many countries.
Though perhaps Mexico or Brazil,
have started relevant legislation.

It could be considered covered by
"freedom of religion", which is 6.

Though it is somewhat different.

Gray aliens, reptilian or nordic star beings,
while they might be mentioned historically in a religious context,
are physical entities with bodies from other star systems.

Quote:
12. Let entity be universal or do intersect

Freedom to be common.
Quote:
Article 1
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
Article 6
Everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law.
Article 7
All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the penal offence was committed.

Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by law.
Article 10

UDHR

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

So based on this,
genetic engineering or hybridization is okay.
that's a birth status, and racial blend.

Quote:
15. Let entity be divine or do infinite

This might fall under "freedom of religion",
as it allows people to proclaim themselves God.

UDHR
Quote:
Article 18
Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
[/quote]

So that's all of them covered in UDHR,
which should work most places on the planet.

Forests were hunting grounds,
or the contemporary version of "crown land",
land reserved by the crown, but just laying fowl (for-rest).

Magna Carta
Quote:
25. All counties, hundred, wapentakes, and trithings (except our demesne manors) shall remain at the old rents, and without any additional payment.
44. Men who dwell without the forest need not henceforth come before our justiciaries of the forest upon a general summons, unless they are in plea, or sureties of one or more, who are attached for the forest.
47. All forests that have been made such in our time shall forthwith be disafforsted; and a similar course shall be followed with regard to river banks that have been placed "in defense" by us in our time.
48. All evil customs connected with forests and warrens, foresters and warreners, sheriffs and their officers, river banks and their wardens, shall immediately by inquired into in each county by twelve sworn knights of the same county chosen by the honest men of the same county, and shall, within forty days of the said inquest, be utterly abolished, so as never to be restored, provided always that we previously have intimation thereof, or our justiciar, if we should not be in England.

So this is to abolish the crown land,
and the wardens of it,
so people could live,
on the land freely.

Magna Carta
Quote:
52. If anyone has been dispossessed or removed by us, without the legal judgment of his peers, from his lands, castles, franchises, or from his right, we will immediately restore them to him; ... we will immediately grant full justice therein.

so if you live in a tribe,
your tribe-members are peers,
but as a tribe, nearby tribes are peers.

Charter of Forests
Quote:
12. Henceforth every freeman, in his wood or on his land that he has in the forest, may with impunity make a mill, fish-preserve, pond, marl-pit, ditch, or arable in cultivated land outside coverts, provided that no injury is thereby given to any neighbour.

[25] There is to be a single measure for wine throughout our realm, and a single measure for ale, and a single measure for Corn, that is to say the London quarter, and a single breadth for dyed cloth, russets, and haberjects, that is to say two yards within the lists. And it shall be the same for weights as for measures.

13. let entity be inclusive or do union
freedom of assembly
14. let entity be hybrid or do mix
freedom to be different
15. let entity be divine or do infinite
freedom of religion

some numbers could use filling in with quotes,
1, 6, 10, 11, 14, 15

though they are covered in the UDHR,
it would be nice to find english common law sources as well,
can also find civil law sources.
